Countdown

To start, I'd like to say that I am definitely an amateur at this whole blogging business but hopefully as time goes on I get the hang of it! Since I will be in Italy for approximately a month and a half (with limited communication) I figured I'd do this to keep you all updated on my adventures and document my experience for myself :)

I haven't been given much information about my program at the Pantheon Institute. I'm extremely excited for orientation to see what we're doing exactly and when we're taking class trips. As you know, it drives me INSANE when I don't have a plan. Hopefully I can collect a lot of great recipes and have a taste of all that Italy has to offer !! ..

 I leave in 10 days! Beyond excited but I've got to focus on my finals this upcoming week. Then head home to you guys for two days and I'm gone! It's going to be rough but totally worth it! Update the day before I leave!
